Appointments & Booking

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift certificates.

  • Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Appointments can be booked online or in store.

Cancellation policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours will result in 50% charge.

  • No call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service

Payment & Gratuity

  • Gratuity is not included on individual services unless otherwise noted.

  • Specialty spa packages include 15% gratuity, and HydraFacial services include 10% gratuity.

  • Additional gratuity for the exceptional service is appreciated.

  • We accept all major credit cards and gift certificates.

Age Policy

  • Massage services are not available for guests under 18 years old.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy complimentary refreshments.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.

Gift Certificates & Specials

  • Gift certificates are available online or in-store.

  • Gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of purchase.

  • A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments, even with a gift certificate.

Spa Experience

  • Please keep noise levels low and silence mobile devices.

  • The Spa reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or policy violations.
